Once structural reconstruction occurs, repairs to the interiors can take place. Interior repair and restoration is obviously secondary both in timing and priority to the roof and foundation. The ceiling in the central hallway and 101a will need to be replaced, as well as much of the floor there. There are some places in 104 that will need to be replaced as well. Beyond these obvious repairs, more issues may arise when the foundation piers are corrected.
Then the walls which currently are painted can be scraped and repainted as required. Some of the board near the water damage portions of the ceiling will probably need to be replaced, especially in the central hall and 104. Otherwise, the unfinished wood should be left unpainted, and as much of the original material maintained as possible throughout the building.
